L'ORCHESTRE DE PARIS À LA FONDATION ALAIN DANIELOU

From the 26 – 30th October 2012 a group of students from the Paris Orchestra and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse de Paris took part to a music workshop with Ugo Bonessi and Sanjay Kansa Banik, during which they were introduced to the the structures, rhythms and concepts of Indian classical music. They also experienced the “making” of their first session and also followed masterclasses in Chamber Music. On the 30th, they brought the workshop to a close with a concert of Chamber music in the Tagore Auditorium.
